How it works
It's simple to use. Depending on your role, you'll be asked to assess your current skill levels against a set of best practice competencies. This will allow you to identify where you are doing well and where you need to develop. You will receive this feedback immediately after you finish your assessment.
It's simple to use. Start by entering the amount of time you spend managing your proposals, writing them, designing them, creating graphics, version controlling and formatting them. According to how you respond to this, you will then be asked to assess your current level of skills across groups of relevant competencies. This will allow us to give you some high level feedback and also for you to see the areas that you do well and where there's potential for improvement. You will receive this feedback immediately after you finish your assessment.
Who is this designed for?
My Proposal Coach is designed to be used by individuals working in proposals, bids and capture roles. However line managers may find the tool useful for assessing employees attributes and creating bespoke learning and development plans.
